Type

Concept project / UX case study

01 · The challenge

Bring the craft
into the experience.

The brief explored how a boutique winery’s digital presence could better express its story, artisanal quality and connection to the Granite Belt region.

A static, text-heavy experience gave visitors little sense of the brand and made exploring the wine collection harder than it needed to be.

The goal was a refined e-commerce concept that made discovering wines, understanding their character and moving towards purchase feel natural.

02 · Experience direction

A connection first.
A transaction second.

The design study considered two buying needs: discovering unfamiliar boutique wines and choosing premium gifts with confidence.

That led to a focus on evocative photography, clear tasting information, brand storytelling and a simpler route through browsing and checkout.

Discover

Make the wine tangible.

Curated visuals and tasting information help visitors understand the collection before they choose.

Connect

Give the craft a story.

Provenance and heritage create a stronger connection between the winery and its audience.

Choose

Keep the journey simple.

A clearer product flow supports everyday discovery as well as considered gifting.

03 · Website concept

Refined design.
Room for the story.

Elegant typography, an earthy palette and curated imagery bring a vineyard-inspired atmosphere to the digital experience.

The redesigned concept balances storytelling with useful product navigation, allowing the brand and the wines to share the stage.

04 · Brand & collateral

One identity.
Every touchpoint.

The visual direction extends beyond the screen into packaging, business cards, tote bags and promotional materials.

Wine-inspired burgundy, warm neutrals, earthy green and golden tones give the client identity a distinct character across digital and physical applications.

05 · Social assets

Carry the story
beyond the website.

Carousel, Facebook and reel concepts translate the same brand direction into social content, keeping the experience recognisable wherever someone encounters it.

06 · The takeaway

An experience
worth discovering.

The concept shows how storytelling, thoughtful typography and immersive visuals can make a winery’s character easier to understand.

A considered brand experience begins before the first glass.

This is a concept project and UX design study. It is presented as design exploration rather than evidence of a live commercial launch or measured sales results.
